Belt conveyors
Belt conveyors chassis is manufactured of Steel or Stainless Steel (for hygienic and food applications). Utilizing PVC - PU or Rubber Belts based on application. Whereas belts can be equipped with transverse or longitudinal barriers from the same belt material on one or both sides of the conveyor to lift product & prevent it from falling. The types of belt conveyors are:
A. Roller base for carrying heavy and moderate loads up to 80 kg per meter
B. Skid base for carrying moderate and light loads up to 35 kg per meter.
C. Troughed belt conveyor, mainly used for carrying bulk materials ( up to 800 tons/hour)
Applications
Handling Cartens , Bags Boxes & Bulk Materials ( Cement Sand, Sugar, Rice, Snacks... etc.) - Warehousing.
